Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with potential clients and customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts
  • Design and create promotional materials, advertisements, and content.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development, customer service) to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Organize and attend trade shows, events, or networking activities.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

  • Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.

  • Market Analysis:

  • Analyze customer needs and market conditions.
  • Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.

  • Identify new trends and opportunities to expand the business.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team and marketing team to align efforts and goals.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies and promotional offers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM5,859.42 per month
