Intern (HR)

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What You Will Do

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, filing HR documents and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with the employee learning and development programs
  • Support the employee engagement activities and HR events
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Assist with the system testing and data validation

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any HR related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in communicating and writing in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn on HR best practices and labor laws. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of data and act with integrity
