We're Hiring: Procurement Manager

Pro Integrated Services Sdn. Bhd., a leading Facilities Management company, is looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement department. This role is based on-site in Puchong and requires hands-on leadership across our FM operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement function for all facilities management projects.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee vendor sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level terms.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, spending, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends and recommend procurement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Inventory teams to streamline procurement workflows.
  • Implement SOPs, procurement best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, guide, and develop the procurement team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in facility management or service-based industries.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems such as HashMicro or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and digital document/approval workflows.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory, asset management, and procurement analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to work on-site in Puchong and handle a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
