Job Description:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms and tracking application responses.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Support the team in conducting initial candidate communications and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and related records.
  • Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment programs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support during onboarding processes and other HR-related activities.
  • Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
