1. Vehicle Management

  • Maintain and update all company vehicle records.
  • Handle renewal of Road Tax, Insurance, Permit, and coordinate PUSPAKOM inspection.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure all documents are renewed on time.
  • Liaise with insurance agents, JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and relevant authorities.

2. Tender Management

  • Assist in preparing and submitting tenders for scrap and other related tenders from customers.
  • Maintain tender documentation, records, and follow up on submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with customers for tender updates and requirements.

3. Documentation & Filing

  • Organize, manage, and maintain office filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure all documents are properly labelled and stored.

4. Scanning & Record Keeping

  • Scan, save, and archive documents systematically.
  • Ensure all digital documents are backed up and stored in the correct folders.

5. General Administrative Support

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing letters, and updating records.
  • Support management in any additional administrative duties as required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Gmail).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.
