Job Overview:
  • Answer calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
  • Strive to achieve key performance indicators.

  • If you possesses strong sense of responsibility and customer-oriented.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service / call centre experience.
  • You are proficient in spoken and written English is MUST.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts and weekends (5 working days/week).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage (with language allowance) – to support Mandarin speaking customers.
