Payroll Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing including administering expenses claim in accordance with the company's policies and submitting relevant reports for HR reporting.
- Maintain HR documentation and filing, issue relevant HR correspondence letters and liaise with relevant statutory and authority including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, IRB, etc.
- Keep track of staff confirmation, monitor staff contracts, expiry renewals and other employment-related due dates and prepare HR related letters.
- Provide support and work closely with the agent on expatriate employment pass application including renewal and liaise with relevant authorities and statutory bodies.
- Perform any ad-hoc which assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to liaise with all levels.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
