About the Role

We're looking for a Merchant Operations Support Executive to join our growing team In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our daily merchant operations, from handling documentation and data updates to assisting with compliance and transaction-related inquiries. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and great merchant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned team (Merchant Support / Compliance Operations), your day-to-day may include:

  • Processing and maintaining merchant forms and records in the CRM system
  • Following up with merchants on bounced settlements or missing documents
  • Assisting the Compliance team to collect transaction information via email or WhatsApp
  • Handling merchant inquiries on hotline, WhatsApp, or email (including backup support during peak hours)
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Maintaining well-organised documentation and reports

Working Hours:
5 days per week (Monday–Sunday rotational)

Shifts:
10:00 am–7:00 pm / 1:00 pm–10:00 pm

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or customer service roles preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin required (due to market and operational needs); Cantonese is a plus for Hong Kong merchant support
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced, team-based environment
