A global EMS group with long-standing operations in Penang is hiring a Program Manager to manage customer programs and lead internal coordination to ensure timely, quality-driven delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle of customer programs: RFQ to delivery
  • Act as the main liaison for all commercial and delivery topics
  • Coordinate across functions: engineering, planning, QA, supply chain
  • Track program timelines, delivery schedules, and cost targets
  • Handle client escalations, ensure smooth execution and reporting
  • Support improvement projects, transfers, and ramp-ups
  • Maintain strong client relationships and drive satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in EMS program/account management
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proven success managing delivery timelines, customer expectations, and cost
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, project reporting, and QCD metrics
  • Mandarin is an advantage for interfacing with regional customers
