Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the hotel from pre-opening to full operations, including project coordination, operational readiness, staffing, SOP development, system setup, and soft opening execution.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments – Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Engineering – ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth, optimise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through strategic planning, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Monitor operational performance, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance guest experience and brand reputation by tracking feedback, online reviews, and continuous service improvements.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving over 90% occupancy rate and maintain high average room rates (ARR).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a senior hotel management role, including pre-opening experience.
  • Proficient in any Hotel Management System (HMS) and MS Office (Excel, Pivot Tables, reporting).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to operational and business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement effective marketing strategies to drive occupancy and F&B revenue
