  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef/Cook who specializes in Malay and Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional recipes, ingredients, and cooking methods, and will be able to deliver authentic flavors with consistency and creativity.
  • To lead and manage the kitchen team on preparing the required food/items for the restaurant based on reservation covers on daily forecast.
  • To guide and supervising, coordinating and participating in activities of personnel engaged in preparation, cooking and serving as required.
  • To ensure the quality and quantity production are met for all occasions.
  • Encourage and inspire team members to perform at their level best.
  • To ensure that the Kitchen operation complied with FSMS system, HALAL and always maintain the food cost.
  • To prepare dishes based on the recipes and methods.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Culinary arts or similar certification compulsory
  • 5 Year(s) of working experience in Kitchen and preferably those with hotel.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay
  • Energetic and positive thinking
  • Good physical condition with problem-solving skills
  • Personality: Good Command, flexible, risk taker & open to travel
  • Team player, yet autonomous and able to multi-task
  • Able to work long hours and work under pressure
  • Able to work on weekend and PH and shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM5,500.00 per month
