Key Responsibilities:
Process payments to suppliers and maintain accurate payment records
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
Calculate and process claims from staff and stores
Handle company SST matters and submissions
Assist in general office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.
