We're Hiring: Company Site Representative / Site Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Are you an experienced construction professional ready to lead on-site operations for a major building project? We're looking for a
Site Manager / Company Site Representative
who can independently supervise and coordinate the full spectrum of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between the Project Manager, project team, and contractors.
  • Monitor site activities for compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
  • Track contractor performance and ensure alignment with critical path schedules.
  • Ensure all construction permits are obtained and documented.
  • Report safety or environmental incidents and ensure proper authority notifications.
  • Collaborate with the Site Safety Officer to oversee and document site safety.
  • Maintain organized site documentation and attend construction meetings.
  • Report directly to the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • 7–10 years of comprehensive building project experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Bonus: Experience in architectural design.

Special Requirement

We require a
Safety and Health Officer (SHO)
— a
Green Book holder
certified by
NIOSH
and registered with
DOSH
— to take full responsibility for health and safety on-site.
