Job Description :

  • Prepare quotations for local, overseas offices/agents or existing customers, supporting regarding the sales / marketing department.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with customer.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in Pricing processes and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sea freight.
  • Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Marketing, and management) to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.
  • Prepare reports if management requested.

Requirements :

  • Any Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin speakers are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and etc.
