Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain documentation, filing systems, and data entry.

Prepare reports, documentation forms, and required paperwork.

Assist in compiling information for audits, inventory updates, or internal checks.

Coordinate with clinics and other departments for document submission.

Perform general administrative duties such as email handling, photocopying, and record keeping.

Ensure documents are updated, accurate, and properly stored.

Requirements

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Admin or related field.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and handle documentation accurately.

Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.

Based in Penang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
