Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients/customers.
  • Actively pursue new business leads and sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Implement corrective actions and adjustments as needed to optimize sales performance and productivity.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Approach corporate clients, event planners, and catering prospects.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep track of sales activities, reports, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field (F&B or hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Basic computer and social media skills.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Sunday to Thursday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
