About the role

As an HR Executive at XYNEX SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resource functions. This is a full-time role based in Melaka Tengah, Melaka, with opportunities for growth and development within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  2. Administering employee benefits and payroll
  3. Maintaining employee records and documentation
  4. Coordinating training and development programs
  5. Providing support for performance management and employee relations
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
  6. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
