Make an Impact by
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings to interviews — ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and craft smart, effective hiring strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract top talent across multiple channels
- Provide valuable hiring insights, recommendations, and candidate evaluations to support better decision-making.
- Support candidates through documentation and pre-onboarding to ensure a smooth start to their journey with us.
- Represent our employer brand at job fairs, networking sessions, and recruitment events.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage and collaborate with recruitment vendors to deliver quality hires efficiently.
- Contribute to exciting HR projects and initiatives that drive growth and innovation.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and mass hiring is an advantage.
- Familiar with sourcing tools, social media, and networking platforms.
- Skilled in using ATS, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
