  • Respond to customer queries via Email, Call and WhatsApp
  • Respond to customer queries via Social media and Marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada
  • Assist customer with Returns, Exchanges, Defects and Out of Stock orders
  • Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing knowledgeable answers, product inquiry, order placement, feedbacks and complaints
  • Follow up with ongoing issue until resolved in a timely manner by liaising between customers and internal/external parties
  • Work closely and liaise with internal logistics and 3PL partners
  • Assist in online order processing such as generating waybill

Job requirement:

  • Seeking candidates proficient in Englsh and Mandarin to effectively communicate with English and Mandarin speaking customers
  • 5 days work week (might require to work on weekend or public holidays)
  • Able to work in a team and actively communicate
  • Work under stress as customers can be demanding at times
