We are looking for a passionate Training Executive to join our team and drive the growth and development of our people. This role focuses on delivering soft skill and mindset training, conducting pre- and post-training analyses, identifying training needs, and ensuring that our talent development programs are fully aligned with the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct soft skill, mindset, grooming, and customer service training to ensure the talent development program aligns with the company's strategic direction.
  • Facilitate onboarding training for new retail staff.
  • Perform pre- and post-training evaluations to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support retail operations with training-related follow-ups and documentation.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain training materials and schedules.
  • Verify outlet meal allowance submissions, compile the necessary documentation, and ensure accurate and timely submission to Finance for reimbursement.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years' experience in training, retail operations, customer service, or administrative coordination.
  • Enjoys paperwork, documentation, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging personality.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic reporting.
