What you'll be doing?
  • Drive sales growth: Generate and develop sales to meet monthly targets and KPIs for 4U2 cosmetics in modern trade accounts.
  • Execute promotional strategies: Plan and implement effective promotions and trade marketing activities to achieve excellence across designated outlets.
  • Manage key accounts: Regularly service assigned stores, ensuring product availability, negotiating shelf space, and handling debt collections when necessary.
  • Expand market presence: Identify and open new outlets while providing product training and responding to sales inquiries from retail staff.
  • Stay market-savvy: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Report on performance: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to keep management informed of progress and results.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with a minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification. We welcome applicants from diverse educational backgrounds.
  • Sales experience: At least two years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetics industry. However, we encourage candidates with transferable skills from other industries to apply as well.
  • Account management skills: Strong ability to manage key modern and general trade outlets effectively.
  • Adaptability and drive: Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to travel as part of their role.
  • Communication prowess: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with retail partners.
  • Language proficiency: Ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of Chinese or other dialects is an advantage but not required.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with sales force automation (SFA) tools to enhance productivity and reporting.
  • Mobility: Possession of own transport to facilitate store visits and client meetings.
