Responsibilities:

·      Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, employee engagement, learning & development, and offboarding.

·      Partner with hiring managers to gather manpower requirements, prepare job descriptions, manage talent pipelines, and conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.

·      Administer payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

·      Liaise with the parent company to ensure alignment with corporate policies, compliance with standards, and facilitate policy adoption or localization when necessary.

·      Manage HR documentation, ensuring all employee records are complete, accurate, and up to date.

·      Support management in strategic resource planning, organizational development, and workforce optimization.

·      Plan and coordinate learning & development programs, including identifying relevant training opportunities and managing HRDF claims and registrations.

·      Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

·      Oversee workplace health, safety, and welfare, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist or managerial roles.

·      Strong knowledge of Malaysia's Employment Act and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD, etc.).

·      Experience in learning and development and handling HRDF processes is an advantage.

·      Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

·      High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
