Personalization Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Offsite Audience Solutions Executive to support the activation and optimization of audience-based media campaigns across APAC markets. This role will play a key part in scaling personalization efforts and ensuring successful adoption of offsite audience strategies across programmatic and social channels, particularly DV360 and Meta.

You will work closely with media teams, local market stakeholders, and agency partners to ensure strong execution, continuous optimization, and clear performance tracking of data-driven audience initiatives.

This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about data-driven media, programmatic platforms, personalization, and hands-on campaign optimization and focus on brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

Audience & Campaign Support

• Assist in the setup, trafficking, Quality Assurance, and delivery of segmentation-based campaigns across DV360 & Meta Business Suite
• Monitor and optimize audience performance across markets to ensure campaign efficiency and scale
• Support dynamic creative activation and audience refinement strategies
• Track adoption of audience use cases and ensure execution accuracy across markets

Performance Monitoring & Insights

• Monitor campaign KPIs, pacing, and ROI to ensure strong results
• Support reporting cadence, compiling insights and improvement recommendations
• Identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities across markets to fuel optimization

Market Enablement & Collaboration

• Partner with APAC markets to provide guidance on best-practice optimization across Programmatic and Meta
• Collaborate across media, Customer Data Platform, Customer Relationship Management, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Support documentation of workflows, playbooks, and optimization guides for markets

Governance & Process Excellence

• Maintain campaign Quality Assurance checklists and performance trackers
• Airtight implementation of audience use cases and tagging structures
• Support ticketing and project management hygiene (JIRA/Asana/Confluence)

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience

• 1–2 years in digital marketing, media activation (audience solutions activation), or programmatic/social campaign execution & campaign performance optimization. Agency experience is preferred.

Platform Knowledge

• Hands-on exposure to DV360 and Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup + optimization)
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and activation
• Understanding of Data Management Platform/Customer Data Platform concepts is a plus (Salesforce CDP advantage)

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Comfortable working with performance dashboards & Excel/Sheets
• Understanding of campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, frequency, audience overlap, etc.)
