12Print is not your typical print house. We're a design-led creative studio reimagining the world of displays, packaging, and spatial experiences through sustainable thinking and digital craftsmanship. From bespoke event builds to limited-edition 3D-printed art pieces—we push boundaries where form meets function.

Role Description

Design

  • Conceptualize and create visuals for packaging, displays, and marketing touchpoints.

  • Design and develop POSM materials: standees, banners, wobblers, product blocks & more.

  • Collaborate with the creative, sales, and production teams to turn sketches into print-ready artwork (FA).

  • Play with space planning and material choices—from flat-pack cardboard to experimental 3D-printed materials.

  • Operate 3D printers and manage print jobs from setup to final output

  • Post-process for prototype development (sanding, assembling, gluing, etc.)

  • Maintain and troubleshoot 3D printing and laser cutting equipment

Production

  • Receive, review, and verify incoming job orders to ensure clarity and completeness.

  • Communicate job requirements to the Production Supervisor

  • Track production progress and follow up on urgent or time-sensitive orders.

  • Ensure all job orders meet quality and accuracy standards before proceeding.

  • Assist in assembling finished print products according to order requirements.

  • Perform quality checks on printed and finished items.

  • Use light tools or machinery for assembly work.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production area.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage production teams effectively

  • Experience in Production Planning and creating efficient Production Schedules

  • Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Production Management, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to sustainable and high-quality production standards

  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred
