Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, and Invoices.
- Coordinate customs clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
- Handle invoicing and billing with accuracy and timely submission.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, haulers, and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving documentation-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless trade and warehouse operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or operations within logistics/warehousing (3PL preferred).
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs clearance, and invoicing processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
