Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance to support sustainable growth.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management strategies.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Drive process improvement and digitalization of finance operations for efficiency.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS), taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
