  • 准备付款凭证、发票、采购订单及其他相关文件。
  • 根据需要准备并更新工作进度报告。
  • 严格保守客户与公司资讯机密。
  • 确保所有行政文件正确归档与便于存取。
  • 检查并验证团队成员所准备文件的准确性。
  • 与内部各部门协调,确保资讯传递即时且准确。
  • 协助制定及执行行政流程与制度。
  • 处理其他与行政相关的工作事项,确保办公室日常运作顺畅。
  • 执行管理层不时交办的任务及报告。
