Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Define and prioritize product features to build a clear and executable product roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Use data and KPIs to assess product performance and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Manage the product launch process to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for product updates and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive product innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
