Responsibilities:

Human Resources:-

  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding processes and maintaining employee records.
  • Prepare employment offer letters, contracts and new-hire documents.
  • Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
  • Assist in issuing warning letters, memos and performance reminders
  • Involve in minor payroll jobs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Administration:-

  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, equipment, and pantry items.
  • To submit documents for stamping and filing using government website.
  • Coordinate with Operations team to clarify and verify the renewal of foreigner permit, fomema and etc.
  • Knowledgeable in the access of Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS)
  • Liaising with the Immigration department on all foreigner issues, eg : e-plks, special pass or e-pass, e-com, update new passport, generate insurance from FWCMS
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as Panel Clinic, Utilites Bills.
  • Monitoring Restaurant business license and tenancy agreement records.
  • Related administration work and etc.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business Studies /Administrative Management and any related.
  • At least 1 year working experience with hands-on experience in office administration.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Word, Excel and HR software (Info-Tech system)
  • Knowledge with MS Word and Excel is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
  • Responsible person and able to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin/Cantonese.
