Responsibilities:
Human Resources:-
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding processes and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare employment offer letters, contracts and new-hire documents.
- Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
- Assist in issuing warning letters, memos and performance reminders
- Involve in minor payroll jobs.
- Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Administration:-
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, equipment, and pantry items.
- To submit documents for stamping and filing using government website.
- Coordinate with Operations team to clarify and verify the renewal of foreigner permit, fomema and etc.
- Knowledgeable in the access of Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS)
- Liaising with the Immigration department on all foreigner issues, eg : e-plks, special pass or e-pass, e-com, update new passport, generate insurance from FWCMS
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as Panel Clinic, Utilites Bills.
- Monitoring Restaurant business license and tenancy agreement records.
- Related administration work and etc.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business Studies /Administrative Management and any related.
- At least 1 year working experience with hands-on experience in office administration.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Word, Excel and HR software (Info-Tech system)
- Knowledge with MS Word and Excel is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
- Responsible person and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin/Cantonese.
