Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in managing effective recruitment timeframes and ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner and in line with clients' expectation.
  • Responsible in sourcing the candidate through online portal, media, and etc.
  • Responsible in conducting selection and recruitment process which involves pre-screen and assess applicants in matching candidate competencies against clients' requirement.
  • Responsible to gather detailed information for the job assignment in order to facilitate effective recruitment drive.
  • Responsible in refferal challenge ideas/ briefing/ administrative task from time to time.
  • Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment.
