Internal Exam Manager

The Internal Exam Manager holds the responsibility of liaising with all teachers and administration staff to organise all internal examination processes for the students to have a seamless examination process at the schools.
Duties and Responsibilities
Internal Exams Planning
- Establish and maintain a protocol for the preparation and execution of internal examinations across all schools. Communicate with key stakeholders and departments about internal examination procedures.
- Oversee all arrangements for all internal examinations from Year 1 to Year 11.
- Ensure new teachers are trained to invigilate exams and input students' progress reports.
- Coordinate with Academic Heads to ensure set test and examination papers are in by the predetermined deadlines.
- Ensure the safe and timely distribution of all examination papers and stationery to the schools.
- Manage exam timetabling, exam paper allocation, invigilating teachers, and classroom setup.
- Managing the examination preparation process including preparing examination timetables for students and staff, creating seating plans, briefing staff, invigilators and candidates.
- Maintaining a secure system for storage of exam papers in digital and physical formats.
- Determining protocols and action for dealing with students cheating.
- Address special considerations i.e. students with dyslexia, students with disabilities.
- Contingency planning i.e. absent students, virtual examinations.
- Identify opportunities to improve/innovate/automate our processes.
- Assist in planning the schools' academic calendars.
- Liaise with Academic heads on the course works and rubric assessment to import into School Hub.
- Manage the Students' result statistic and Year 8 students' reports.
Internal Exam Results
- Storing exam results and documents with appropriate standards, confidentiality, and ease of retrieval.
- Managing the distribution of exam results and certificates and ensuring it's done according to protocol.
- Ensure that students' achievements are compiled and generated for Appreciation Day annually.
Requirements and Skills
- 2 or more years of experience in the exams or related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency of using computer software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proactive and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lead and influence people
- Good judgement and decision-making aptitude that represents the organisation
- The ability to pay attention to detail while keeping the big picture of the organisation in mind

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
