Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
Job Description
- Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the new plant, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Oversee core HR operations such as payroll coordination, statutory submissions, attendance, employee records, and employee relations.
- Conduct local salary benchmarking and support the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Coordinate basic administrative, facilities, and expatriate support matters during the initial setup phase.
- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to China HQ, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of full-spectrum HR experience; exposure to manufacturing or plant setup environments is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (e.g. Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act).
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, setup environment with good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
Salary Range: RM 5,000 – 8,000
Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor

Pay: RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
