Assistant Manager, Development

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate and formulate objectives and Strategic Planning of the Project with Senior Management.
- To advise Project teams for achieving targeted deadlines as outlined in the Master Implementation Program.
- To monitor and advise costing of overall projects development are within control through regular review of feasibility study with project manager
- Develop and maintain close liaison and working relationship with relevant government or statutory bodies
- Represent the company in relevant meeting, design / consultants and site co-ordination and authorities' meetings
- Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements applicable to the project.
- Liaise with consultant and contractors to anticipate and resolve all technical and operations issues arising related to the project.
- To execute other assignments given by management in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7 years of working experience in Property Development.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Civil, Planning, Engineering or Professional Qualification in related field.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Possess a flair for property development, complete project cycle and strategic master planning including other aspects like feasibility studies, project management, marketing and authority's liaison.
- Strong liaison skills with government agencies, local authorities, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth implementation of a project.
- Has sound knowledge in the Authorities guidelines & submission procedures.
