Position Summarize:

Customer Service helps company customers/users with their inquiries through inbound calls, chats, and emails focusing on Taiwan/Hong Kong/Singapore/CH/US market. Therefore, we are seeking candidates who are well-versed in Mandarin and English is compulsory.

JOB DETAILS:


• Working location: UOA Business Park (nearby LRT Subang Jaya, link bridge)


• Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, monthly shift-based.


• Salary: Basic RM4500 (Mandarin) RM4750 (Cantonese) + KPI max RM300 + Night Shift allowance RM400

inclusive EPF, SOCSO, EIS, ANNUAL LEAVE, MEDICAL LEAVE

REQUIREMENTS:


• Education: SPM Slip and above


• Experience is not required. (Free & Professional Training are provided)


• Language(s): Mandarin, English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned product.
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.

  • 处理来电/外呼咨询及反馈,通过电话、电子邮件或在线聊天为客户提供解决方案
  • 理解客户问题,并确保其得到及时解答或转交至相关部门
  • 管理客户投诉及升级请求,确保问题得到跟进和妥善处理
  • 提供对工具、资源、流程及操作指引的建设性反馈,以提升工作效率和客户体验
  • 展现良好的客户服务意识,确保客户满意
  • 提供高水平的专业服务,并保持沟通礼貌、友好
  • 与客户保持有效沟通,确保问题得到快速解决
