About the role

Skin Medic Cheras is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. We are hiring a full-time position for our growing e-commerce business specializing in health, beauty, and lifestyle products.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in e-commerce store product posting, updating listings, and managing online store
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as order processing, stock updates, and invoicing
  • Assisting with general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
  • Support general office and e-commerce operations as needed
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software is a plus

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office or Canva
