Today, with over 200 professionals nationwide, we operate multiple 3S dealerships across brands including Proton, Perodua, KIA, and electric vehicles. Our commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence drives everything we do.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive dealership's imported car sales division. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership to set targets, develop strategies, and monitor performance, while also coaching and motivating sales advisors to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.


• Collaborate with senior management on pricing, promotions, and market positioning.


• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective sales processes.


• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on sales performance for management review.


• Work closely with marketing and aftersales teams to align campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Candidate Profile


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management.


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
