We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) who specializes in Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System for commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for handling tender preparation, cost estimation, and project cost control related to Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation system works.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tender documents, BQ, and cost breakdown for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System projects.
Evaluate material take-off, supplier quotations, and subcontractor pricing.
Liaise with engineers and clients to ensure accurate technical and financial documentation.
Assist management in project cost monitoring and variation order evaluation.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV) tendering or project costing.
Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and BQ preparation.
Able to work independently and meet tender deadlines.
