Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and provide consultancy on products to customers in QA/QC, Production Engineering, and R&D environments.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: discovery, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct active telephone outreach to qualify customers prior to arranging site visits.
  • Visit potential customers to deliver technical product demonstrations and solutions.
  • Understand customer operations and applications, run testing, and propose the right solutions.
  • Drive persuasive sales discussions to convert leads into successful purchases.
  • Manage assigned product-line sales within designated territory.
  • Continuously review personal sales performance and work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Attend internal meetings, product training, and technical workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field, Engineering preferred.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (client engagement requirement).
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
  • Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel frequently (approx. 3 days/week within Malaysia).
  • Able to work on-site at the Bayan Lepas office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
