Job Description / 工作职责

  • Menu planning and provide three meals in a day.

    负责菜单规划并提供每日三餐。
  • Ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verify all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance.

    确保实行先进先出的食材轮换制度,并核实所有食材均正确标注日期并妥善分类,以保证品质。
  • Keep cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours.

    在主要营业时段前及期间,确保烹饪工作区备料充足。
  • Manage daily kitchen activities, including menu preparation, food/menu costing, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking.

    管理日常厨房运作,包括协助菜单设计、食材及菜单成本核算、确保食物质量与新鲜度,以及监督订货与库存。
  • Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Branch Manager.

Job Requirements / 任职要求

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a chef.

    至少三年主厨工作经验。
  • Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, and other cooking best practices.

  • Ability to develop unique recipes.
