The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling hotel rooms, banquet services, and F&B promotions. This role requires proactive client engagement, site visits, and relationship-building to secure new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents.
  • Actively promote and sell hotel rooms, banquet packages, and F&B promotions to meet sales goals.
  • Conduct client site visits, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with the operations and F&B teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with a diverse clientele.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to client sites.
  • Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM2,800.00 per month

Commission: Attractive commission scheme based on monthly sales performance. High achievers can earn substantial additional income through meeting and exceeding sales targets.
