Your Team

The Sales Manager reports to the Sales Director and works closely with colleagues from other functions: Brand Management, Supply Operations, Finance, and more

How Success Looks Like

P&G Sales Managers are entrepreneurs who come up with strategies to win in a diverse set of channels via our distributors in their respective markets. As a Sales Manager, learning about the category, product portfolio, the industry and the company's business practices will be essential. You'll help develop our distributors to influence customer decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-analytics.

You will be externally focused, on national key Customers, but also online retailers. You will get an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs. You will contribute to negotiations on prices, assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.

You'll be part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers or channels.
  • Face of the Company to the customers. Develop excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding of customers and market landscape.
  • Leverage deep understanding of market & customers dynamic, shopper marketing knowledge, trade fund budget availability, supply chain operations to build and execute business strategies and plans.
  • Lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on different business aspects.
  • Strategize through harnessing the power of a team by envisioning, engaging and energizing multifunctional resources to build holistic business plan and break possible barriers & challenges to deliver the best result.
  • Manage sales representatives from capability building, issue resolution to day-to-day operation to ensure speedy and excellent execution in stores.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector preferred.
  • Open to fresh grads and candidates with up to 3 years of Sales experience working with distributors, modern retail or drug pharma
  • Strong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
