Manager / Assistant Manager - Project Development

To lead and manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope, by coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To coordinate with all stakeholders for authorities' submission and approval.
- To value engineering and coordinate with consultant team to achieve high efficiency & practical layout, aesthetics façade and integration of greenery element into the planning.
- To track and monitor the construction progress to ensure within timeline & budget, and compliance to contract specification.
- To attend CCM and site inspection monthly for the assigned projects in Klang valley, Sabah state and Sarawak state.
- To work closely and provide support to Credit Admin team for submission of stage claims to end financier/individual purchaser and monitoring the project cost incurred against the billing and collections.
- To support credit admin team for submission and approval of APDL matters.
- To organise and coordinate with credit admin team for completion and vacant possession matters.
- To support sales and marketing team for project information and promotional activities.
- To undertake any ad-hoc/ special assignments as and when deemed necessary.
Policies and Procedures
- Establish, implement and update written policies, practices, procedures, SOPs, templates, checklists, etc.
- Communicate and provide training to employees
- Monitor to ensure compliance to approved policies and procedures
- Maintain and enforce discipline of your team and division
Training & Development
- Establish training and development resources to meet business's objectives.
- Conduct training to enhance employee's skill, knowledge, job performance, compliance, regulatory, etc.
Requirement:
- Possess any Professional certificate, Diploma or Degree in relevant field
- Experience in Property Development & Liaison with Authorities will be advantaged

- able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- good in Microsoft software - excel and power point.
