The Graduate Talent Program (GTP) allows young talents to experience and gain a basic understanding across various activities at Markaids. It gives fresh grads an opportunity to have a ''feel'' of our corporate culture, philosophies and ways of doing business – along with our vision, mission and values. Concurrently, it allows the company to get to know talents better, in particular their strengths and personalities.

Your ongoing development will be the main focus throughout the six-month GTP. During this period, you will have opportunities to work alongside senior managers and take part in business improvement initiatives tackling real issues being faced by the company.

Our GTP integrates on-the-job training, coaching, formal classroom learning, mentoring and feedback, where:

  • Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of both the application and commercial sides of our business
  • Able to present and explain our basic products and functions (Marketing toolkits)
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate good personality and attitude
  • Good cultural fit with our values and team
  • Personal desire to develop further along the Commercial career path, with a focus on Business Development

In short, the GTP should be seen as a journey of self-discovery – one to find your calling, passion and career path for future development. During this period, we highly recommend you absorb as much as you can, ask lots of questions, get your hands as dirty as possible, and bounce ideas off us whenever you have a view of things

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
