Job Scope:

To support the Business Development unit through comprehensive market research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to identify potential business opportunities and support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities / Job Scope:

1. Market Research & Analysis

o Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, market demand, and potential business opportunities.

o Gather and analyse data on economic indicators, demographic trends, and regulatory developments relevant to the company's business.

o Prepare detailed market intelligence reports and presentations for management review.

2. Feasibility Studies

o Assist in preparing financial and market feasibility studies for new projects, joint ventures, or investments.

o Compile and analyse project cost estimates, revenue projections, and risk assessments.

o Support in preparing business proposals, project papers, and investment recommendations.

3. Business Development Support

o Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partners, clients, and investors.

o Maintain and update a database of market research and business development information.

o Coordinate with internal departments to collect relevant information for proposals or tenders.

  1. Reporting & Documentation

o Prepare periodic reports and presentations on market trends, competitor activities, and project evaluations.

o Support management in strategic planning and decision-making with accurate and timely data.

Minimum Qualification:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.

Related Experience:

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in market research, business analysis, feasibility study, or business development.

· Experience in property development, real estate, consulting, or investment analysis would be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market research tools.

· Good understanding of financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and business evaluation.

· Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
