• Troubleshoot and analyze quality issues, proposing corrective actions.


• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quality feedback for improvement.


• Perform first article inspection (FA) and prepare inspection documentation.


• Maintain and enhance quality control systems and inspection equipment.


• Support design change testing and continuous improvement projects.


• Analyze warranty performance data and propose improvement plans.


• Provide quality training and onboarding for new engineers and staff.
