Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator (3-Day Assignment) located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with vendors and clients, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring smooth event execution. The Event Coordinator will also handle customer service and communication with all stakeholders involved in the event.

Role Description:

We're looking for a proactive and well-spoken
Event Coordinator
to assist during our 3-day event. You'll help with on-site coordination, guest registration, and ensuring each day runs smoothly. You should be comfortable interacting with startups, partners, and attendees confidently.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Articulate and confident in presenting or explaining startup-related content
  • Punctual and well-organized
  • Friendly and professional communication style

Payment:
RM50 per day

Location:
Kuala Lumpur & Petaling Jaya (based on event day)
