Main Responsibilities

Ready to level up your career ? Here's what you'll be doing as a valued member of our dynamic team:

1. Employee Services

2. Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.

3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.

2. Recruitment, placement, onboarding and offboarding

• Perform the end-to-end recruitment function.
• Build rapport with candidates, assessing their suitability through conversations, interviews, and evaluate their suitability based on client needs.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture..
• Develop onboarding materials and conduct training sessions when needed.
• Conduct a exit interview for the employee's leaving.

3. Compensation and benefit

• Perform end to end payroll and statutory process.
• To ensure timely and accurate delivery for clients.
• Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to statutory matters.

4. HRIS management

• Set up, maintain and update the HRIS.
• Process and update - leave and claim (if applicable).
• Checking employee's attendance

5. Performance management

• Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.

6. Other Ad-Hoc Duties

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A diploma/degree in HR, Business, Psychology, related areas or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR-related role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply – comprehensive training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.
• A team player with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• This role is required to visit client once a month.

3. 薪酬与福利

• 处理完整的薪资和法定账单流程,确保及时准确地为客户交付。
• 与当地政府机构和服务供应商沟通处理法定事务。

4. HRIS管理

• 建立、维护并更新HR信息系统。
• 处理并更新请假和报销(如适用)。
• 检查考勤

5. 绩效管理

• 进行月度/季度/年度绩效评估。

6. 其他临时任务

• 完成上级分配的其他临时任务。

职位要求

• 持有任何领域的文凭/学位(人力资源、商业、心理学或相关专业),或具备同等工作经验。
• 1-2年人力资源相关工作经验者优先。
• 欢迎应届毕业生申请,公司将提供全面培训。
• 具备基本的劳动法知识和人力资源最佳实践的理解。
• 熟练使用Microsoft Office和HR信息系统。
• 具有团队合作精神,能在快节奏环境中同时处理多项任务。
• 责任心强、勤奋好学。
• 具备优秀的中英文书面和口语表达能力。
• 这个岗位是需要去到客户的公司, 一个月一次。

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Starting RM2,500 and above (depends on experience)
