# Our client is a Global Manufacturing Co. with their corporate office located in PJ #

The HR Executive / Senior Executive role will work in a team and focus on all aspects of human resources with an emphasis on Training & Development and Industrial Relations. You will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of HR / Generalist experience, with experience in Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Training & Development and Industrial Relations.
  • Possess own transport and flexible to visit plant when there's a need.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws & best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS & MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated discretion & confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Good people skills, proactive & positive attitude.
  • Permanent vacancy based in Petaling Jaya.

Remuneration Package :-

  • Perks - extra EPF, parking, family medical, variable bonuses, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,300.00 per month
