We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee installations, manage workers, and ensure safety on-site. You will be responsible for coordinating the installation work, supervising the team, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation Supervision:Oversee the installation process and ensure work is done according to project plans.

    Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Worker Supervision:Supervise workers and assign daily tasks.

    Monitor performance and ensure work is done efficiently.
  3. Safety and Compliance:Ensure the site follows safety regulations and standards.

    Conduct regular safety checks and make sure all workers use safety gear.

    Run safety briefings and enforce safety protocols.
  4. Quality Control & Reporting:Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.

    Report any issues to the manager and keep records of site activities.
  5. Coordination & Communication:Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

    Resolve on-site problems and keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and understand project plans and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations.
Additional Information:
  • Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors.
  • Flexible working hours may be required.
  • Support the manufacturing process at the factory to ensure smooth operations when there is no site work.
