RESPONSIBILITIES

Menyemak, mengemukakan, dan memengambil dokumen penghantaran dan kastam seperti invois, senarai pembungkusan, dan Bill of Lading (DO).

rusan kastam: Menghadiri pemeriksaan kastam, berurusan dengan pegawai kastam, dan mengatur 'seal' kontena selepas pemeriksaan.

Menguruskan dokumentasi bagi pelbagai deklarasi kastam seperti K1, K2, K3, K8, K9.

Menjalankan tugasan seperti mengambil meterai (seal) penghantaran dari pejabat liner serta menghadiri proses pemuatan LCL di pelabuhan.

Melaksanakan tugas berkaitan operasi pelabuhan seperti proses keluar/masuk dan memastikan pelepasan barangan dilakukan tepat pada masanya.

Menyimpan dan memasukkan data ke dalam sistem.

Memastikan semua dokumen berkaitan disediakan dan difailkan dengan teratur.

REQUIREMENTS

· Sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau Diploma / Diploma Lanjutan / Diploma Tinggi / Diploma Siswazah dalam mana-mana bidang.

· Bahasa : Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.

· Pemegang Sijil KEK merupakan satu kelebihan tambahan.

· Kemahiran : komunikasi, komputer, penulisan.

· Berperwatakan menarik, dinamik dan berdaya saing.

· Mampu berdikari dalam persekitaran kerja yang mencabar.

· Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri dan lesen yang sah

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
